Returns & Quality Guarantee

At Bye Bye Beige, we want you to be delighted with the art you receive. If something isn’t right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Quality Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your product, please contact us (via email or contact form) within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will investigate and, if your claim is validated, we’ll be happy to send a complimentary replacement as quickly as possible.
If a replacement isn’t feasible, or you’d prefer not to wait for a new order, we’ll arrange a refund.

Colour Consistency

We work with professional print partners and use high-quality materials to ensure consistency across all prints. However, printing is a chemical process and minor variations can occur due to factors such as machine type, settings, paper type, or environmental conditions. These subtle variations are within industry tolerance levels and are not covered by our quality guarantee.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives defective or damaged, and the issue was not caused by the artwork content itself, we will cover the costs of a replacement or refund. This includes:

  • Damage in transit
  • Errors in the number or quantity of products delivered
  • Defects in the print quality of the product

How to Report a Problem

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem
