Welcome to Bye Bye Beige (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) Who we are & how to contact us

Bye Bye Beige is an online art print store. You can reach us at hello@byebyebeige.co.uk

2) Eligibility

You must be capable of entering a legally binding contract to place an order.

3) Products, colours & availability

  • Most items are made to order. Minor variations in colour or cropping may occur due to print processes, materials, and screen settings.

  • We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or change specifications at any time.

4) Pricing, taxes & payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

  • We may update prices at any time before you check out.

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your card will be charged when the order is placed.

5) Orders & contract formation

  • Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we accept the order (e.g., by sending an order confirmation/dispatch notice).

  • We may decline or cancel an order (for example, due to pricing or stock errors). If payment was taken, you’ll receive a refund.

6) Changes & cancellations

Because items are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production starts. Contact hello@byebyebeige.co.uk as soon as possible—we’ll help if we can.

7) Shipping & delivery

  • Shipping rates and estimated timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy.

  • Orders containing different size groups may ship separately.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. We aren’t liable for delays outside our control (e.g., carrier issues, customs, strikes, extreme weather).

8) Returns, replacements & refunds

  • Our approach is detailed in our Returns & Quality Guarantee Policy.

  • Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns.

  • If your item arrives damaged/defective or incorrect, contact us within the timeframe stated in our policy and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Your statutory rights are not affected.

9) Promotions, discount codes & gift cards

  • Promotions and codes apply to eligible products only, for the period stated, and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed.

  • We may withdraw or amend offers at any time.

  • Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

10) User content & reviews

If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. Do not post unlawful, infringing, or defamatory content.

11) Intellectual property

All designs, images, text, logos and other content on the Site are our property or used with permission and are protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

12) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site;

  • Use the Site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;

  • Scrape, harvest or reverse-engineer any part of the Site;

  • Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.

13) Third-party services

We may use trusted third-party partners to produce and deliver your order and to process payments. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

14) Warranties & disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) regarding the Site and products except as expressly set out in these Terms and our policies.

15) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses; and

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or your use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
    Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under law.

16) Events outside our control

We are not responsible for failure to perform or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect.

17) Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how we collect and use your information.

18) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK/EU may also bring claims in their local courts under mandatory consumer law.

19) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
